Introduction
This guide will explain how to use the NordLocker Profile section on Web Access.
Here's what to do
How to access the Profile section
- Open the NordLocker Web Access, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the Web Access.
- Tap on the "Profile" button, located at the top-left corner.
- After completing these steps, you will see the following information:
Account section
Within the Nord Account section, you will see:
- You will see your email address - by tapping on it, you will be redirected to your Nord Account profile.
- Storage - you will be able to see your current storage usage and storage space. Click on it to be redirected to NordLocker's pricing page, where you will be able to select and purchase a new deal.
Settings section
Here you will be able to see:
- "Autolock" feature - it locks the NordLocker Web Access after a set period. Check out our guide on how to automatically lock your Cloud.
- "Phone authentication feature" - by enabling it, you would be able to unlock your Web Access using a mobile device.
- "Multi-factor authentication (MFA)" feature - click on the “Manage” button to set up the MFA on your Nord Account. We recommend checking out our guide to get more information regarding it.
- "Activity logs" - by clicking on it, you will be able to download the application logs.
Passwords & Help section
This section displays:
- "Log out" button - click on it to be logged out on your device.
- "Change NordLocker password" button - by clicking on it, you will be able to change your Cloud password.
- "Reset NordLocker Recovery key" button - tap on it to change your Recovery key.
- "Visit Help Center" - click on it to visit our Help Center if you have any questions related to the NordLocker service.
