How to change NordLocker Cloud password on Windows

Cloud password is used for accessing your files, which you set up when creating your NordLocker account.

This guide will explain how to change your NordLocker Cloud password on your Windows device.

How to change your Cloud password if you have forgotten it

1. Open the NordLocker application, log in using your Nord account, and click on the "Reset it" button.
2. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
3. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.

How to update your Cloud password

1. Open the NordLocker application, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the application.
2. Next, click on the "Profile" button, located at the bottom-right corner, and select the "Passwords & Help" option.
3. Afterward, click on the "Change Cloud password" option.
4. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
5. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.
