How to change NordLocker Cloud password on iOS

Introduction

Cloud password is used for accessing your files, which you set up when creating your NordLocker account.

This guide will explain how to change your NordLocker Cloud password on your iOS device.

How to change your Cloud password if you have forgotten it

1. Open the NordLocker application, log in using your NordLocker account, and tap on the "Forgot your password?" button.

3. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
4. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.

How to update your Cloud password

1. Open the NordLocker application, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the application.
2. Next, tap on the "Profile" button, located at the bottom-right corner, and select the "Passwords" option.
3. Select the “Change Cloud password” option.
4. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
5. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.
