How to check NordLocker subscription information
- Log in to the Nord Account.
- Click on the "View details" in the "Products and services" section to the right of NordLocker, or click the "NordLocker" button in the menu on the left.
- Afterward, you will be able to see the details of your subscription.
How to change NordLocker subscription plan
- Log in to the Nord Account.
- Click on the "View details" in the "Products and services" section to the right of NordLocker, or click the "NordLocker" button in the menu on the left.
- Alternatively, click on the "Billing" button, located on the left side, and select the "Learn more" button, located right of NordLocker.
- Next, click on the "Manage plan" button.
- Select your preferred plan and proceed with the steps in the checkout.
How to get NordLocker subscription invoice
- Log in to the Nord Account.
- Click on the "Billing" button and choose the "Billing history" section.
- Afterward, click on the "Get invoice" next to your chosen payment.
- Next, click on the "Get receipt" and stay on the page until the receipt generates.
- Alternatively, click on the "Get invoice" to get an invoice, and in the new menu, fill in the details that you need.

- Your account is not linked with any activity you have done while using NordLocker. All this information can be deleted upon account removal - for more information, check out NordLocker's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- NordLocker keeps some of the information that's required for the functionality of our service:
- Your email address - to send you promotional emails about the latest NordLocker news, but only with your consent, retrieve your Nord Account's password, and authenticate when accessing your files encrypted with NordLocker.
