How to delete my NordLocker account

You can delete your NordLocker personal account in two ways:

 

Note that when we delete your account, we may retain certain information (such as billing information) for legitimate business purposes to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Read more about our data processing practices in our Privacy Policy applicable to NordLayer personal accounts and Privacy Policy (Business) applicable to NordLayer business accounts.

 

Full Nord Account deletion

Please note that Nord Account deletion will apply to all Nord Security products and services, including NordVPN, NordPass, and NordLocker. To keep other services apart from NordLocker, follow the steps for only NordLocker account deletion provided below. 

To delete your Nord Account, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Nord Account:

  2. Click on your email address and go to account settings:

  3. At the bottom of the page, you will see the account deletion section. Click delete account:

  4. You must verify your email by entering the verification code sent to your email address.

  5. After you have verified your account, you will be provided with the next steps to delete your account.

 

Deleting NordLocker account only

To delete only your NordLocker account and keep other Nord Security services, like NordVPN and NordLocker, fill in our account deletion request form:

  1. Open our account deletion request form.
  2. Fill in the fields indicated below. This information is required to ensure that no one makes unauthorized changes to your account.
    • Email: Enter the email you want us to contact you with.
    • Subject: Enter the request’s topic.
    • Account's current email: Enter the email address you currently use for NordLocker.
    • Amount paid: Type in the amount of money you paid the last time you made a payment to NordLocker.
    • Method: Select how you made your last payment (like credit card or PayPal) and enter any other required information.
    • Payment date: Choose the exact date of your last payment.
    • Reason: Let us know why you want to delete your account.
    • Description: Add additional comments or requests for our support team.
    • Attachments (Optional): To help speed up the process, attach a picture of your last payment’s bank statement.
  3. Click the Submit button to finish.

 

Please keep in mind that because Nord products' databases are interconnected, deleting only your NordLocker account will not remove basic information, such as your e-mail address, from Nord’s database if you have an existing NordVPN or NordPass account. To delete all of your data, you need to follow the full Nord Account deletion steps.
