When uploading files to your NordLocker, you must ensure that they do not exceed a certain size. These are the file size limitations for each Operating System:

Windows - 10 GB file size limit for a single file.
No limit for batch uploads, as long as each file in the batch does not exceed 10 GB. -
Web Access, Android, iOS - 8 GB file size limit for a single file.
No limit for batch uploads, as long as each file in the batch does not exceed 8 GB.

Tips & tricks
Since NordLocker is a high-security encryption tool, it can sometimes take longer to upload and process files compared to classic cloud storage. We recommend:
- Uploading more, but smaller batches.
- Keep mobile apps open while uploading, as they work more slowly while in the background.
- Organize files into multiple lockers. As the locker file tree gets more complex, the processing times increase.
As NordLocker is growing, we are working on big core performance upgrades, and these limitations will be removed as time goes on.
