How to change NordLocker Cloud password on Web Access

Introduction

Cloud password is used for accessing your files, which you set up when creating your NordLocker account.

This guide will explain how to change your NordLocker Cloud password using the Web Access.

How to change your Cloud password if you have forgotten it

1. Visit the NordLocker sign-in page, and click the "Reset it" button.
2. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
3. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.

How to update your Cloud password

1. Visit the NordLocker sign-in page, enter your password, and click on the "Unlock" button.
2. Click on the "Profile" button, located in the upper-left corner, and select the "Passwords & Help" option.
3. Click on the "Change" button, located next to the "Change Cloud password".
4. Enter your recovery key, which you get when you create your account, and click on the "Continue" button.
5. Enter a new password for your cloud, and click on the "Create" button.
