How to get NordLocker application logs on Android

Introduction

If you are having issues accessing your NordLocker account or if you are getting any error messages when encrypting or decrypting your files and folders, you can send your NordLocker application logs to our Customer Success team.

 

This guide will explain how to get NordLocker Android application logs.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Open the NordLocker application, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the application.
  2. Next, click on the "Profile" button located at the bottom-right corner.
  3. Select the "Help" option, and click on the "Download activity logs" button.
  4. After completing the steps, your logs will be downloaded to your device.
  5. To send your latest logs, get in touch with the Customer Success team by following our guide.
