If you're experiencing trouble logging into your NordLocker account or encountering error messages while encrypting or decrypting files and folders, you can share your NordLocker application logs with our Customer Success team for assistance.
This guide will walk you through how to retrieve NordLocker iOS application logs.
Here's what to do
- Open the NordLocker application, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the application.
- Tap on the "Profile" button in the lower-right corner.
- Next, select the "Help" option, and tap on the "Download activity logs" button.
- Tap on the “Save to Files” button.
- After selecting a folder, tap on the “Save” option.
