How to get NordLocker application logs on Web Access

Introduction

If you're experiencing trouble logging into your NordLocker account or encountering error messages while encrypting or decrypting files and folders, you can share your NordLocker application logs with our Customer Success team for assistance.

 

This guide will walk you through how to retrieve NordLocker Web Access application logs.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Open the NordLocker Web Access, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the Web Access.
  2. Click on the "Profile" button in the upper-left corner.
  3. Next, select the "Settings" section, then click the "Download logs" button next to the "Activity Log". 
  4. After completing the steps, your logs will be downloaded to your device.
  5. To send your latest logs, get in touch with the Customer Success team by following our guide.
