How to set up unlock with your phone for NordLocker on Web Access

In this article, you'll learn how to set up biometric unlock on your NordLocker Web Access to unlock it quickly and safely using a mobile application.

Here’s what to do

1. Open the NordLocker Web Access, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the Web Access.
2. Click on the "Profile" button, located in the top-left corner, and select the "Settings" option.
3. Next, click on the "Set up device" button, right next to the "Phone authentication".
4. Alternatively, click on the “Set up phone unlock” button, located in the Lock screen, after logging in.
5. Scan the QR code to download the NordLocker mobile application and enable biometric verification via settings.
6. Once the biometrics are set up, the status changes from “Disabled” to “Enabled” in the “Phone authentication" section.
