Introduction
This guide will explain how to unlock your NordLocker Cloud on Web Access.
Here's what to do
- Open the NordLocker Web Access, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the Web Access.
- Enter the Cloud Password and click on the "Unlock" button.
- Alternatively, if you have set up a biometric unlock on your Cloud, select the “Unlock with biometrics” button - a security code will be sent to your mobile application.
- Next, open the NordLocker mobile application, verify that the code matches the one displayed on the Web Access, and click on the “Confirm” button.
- Verify your identity using the biometrics on your mobile device.
- Afterward, your Cloud will be unlocked, and you will be able to use the NordLocker application.
