If you get an error message in the screenshot below, it means that you are not allowed to load your locker to the NordLocker Web Access due to a too old format:
In order to access your files on the NordLocker Web Access, you will need to migrate these particular files to a newly created locker by following these steps below:
- Open the NordLocker desktop application on your Windows or Mac device. If you do not have the desktop application, you can install it by following these guides:
- Create a new cloud locker inside the NordLocker desktop application.
- Select your files inside the old locker and drag them to a new locker that you have created.
- Wait for the syncing process to finish.
