How to migrate files to a new locker?

If you get an error message in the screenshot below, it means that you are not allowed to load your locker to the NordLocker Web Access due to a too old format:
In order to access your files on the NordLocker Web Access, you will need to migrate these particular files to a newly created locker by following these steps below:

  1. Open the NordLocker desktop application on your Windows or Mac device. If you do not have the desktop application, you can install it by following these guides:

    for Windows
    for macOS

  2. Create a new cloud locker inside the NordLocker desktop application.
  3. Select your files inside the old locker and drag them to a new locker that you have created. Screenshot_4.png
  4. Wait for the syncing process to finish.
