In case of any issues, while accessing your NordLocker account, or getting any errors while encrypting/decrypting your files and folders, you can send application logs to our Customer Success team.
On macOS devices the logs will be located in ~/Library/Caches/com.nordlocker.macos/logs folder. You can use the Finder for an easier search.
For Windows devices, please follow these steps:
- Press Win Key + R;
- Write down appdata into the field, click OK and open Local folder;
- Locate and open the NordLocker folder.
You will find the logs folder, send all of the files to the support team describing the issue you are having.
