All your subscriptions and services can be checked via Nord Account. All you have to do is log in.
- You can check the details about your subscription by clicking on View Details button:
- You can change your subscription by clicking on the Change Plan button:
- Get a receipt or invoice in your Billing history:
If you wish to cancel your recurring payment subscription, contact our Customer Success team.
NordLocker keeps some of the information, that's required for the functionality of our service:
- User's email address - to send you promotional emails with the latest news about NordLocker, retrieve your Nord Account's password and for authenticating when accessing your files encrypted with NordLocker.
- Payment information - we only store the information that we would need in case of a refund. We would recommend you to use Crypto Currency for anonymous payments.
Yet, your account is not linked with any activity you have done while using NordLocker.
