My subscription, services and everything Nord

All your subscriptions and services can be checked via Nord Account. All you have to do is log in.

  • You can check the details about your subscription by clicking on the View Details button:


  • You can change your subscription by clicking on the Change Plan button:


  • Get a receipt or invoice in your Billing history:



NordLocker keeps some of the information, that's required for the functionality of our service:

  • Your email address - to send you promotional emails with the latest news about NordLocker, retrieve your Nord Account's password, and authenticating when accessing your files encrypted with NordLocker.
  • Payment information - we only store the information that we would need in case of a refund. We would recommend you to use Crypto Currency for anonymous payments.

Yet, your account is not linked with any activity you have done while using NordLocker.

All this information can be deleted upon account removal. If you wish to do so, you should contact our Customer Success team. For more information please check NordLocker Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
