Keeping track of your NordLocker subscription is essential for ensuring you're on the best plan and can use all available services. Whether you want to review billing information or upgrade your account, you can maximize its benefits and adjust it to meet your changing needs.

 

How to check NordLocker subscription information

Viewing your NordLocker subscription information is simple and straightforward, if you wish to check out your NordLocker subscription information, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your Nord Account.

  2. Next, press the view details button located in the services section on the right side:

  3. Once there, you can check the details about your subscription.

 

How to change the NordLocker subscription plan

Changing your NordLocker plan to match your needs is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to change your NordLocker subscription plan:

  1. Log into your Nord Account.

  2. Select the NordLocker button from the services section located on the left side:

  3. Afterward, press the upgrade plan button located on the upper-right side:

  4.  Alternatively, select the billing button located on the left side:

  5. Once there, press the see available plans button:

  6. Next, select your preferred plan and proceed with the steps in the checkout.

 

How to get a NordLocker subscription invoice

You can keep track of your NordLocker subscription and billing by accessing and downloading your subscription invoice:

  1. Sign in to your Nord account.

  2. Then, press the billing button located on the left side:

  3. Choose the billing history tab:

  4. Select the get invoice button to receive your invoice:

Lastly, NordLocker keeps some of the information that's required for the functionality of our service:

  • Your email address - to send promotional emails with the latest news about NordLocker, retrieve your Nord Account's password, and authenticate when accessing your files encrypted with NordLocker.

  • Payment information—we only store the information we need in case of a refund. We recommend using Crypto Currency for anonymous payments.

 

Your account is not linked with any activity you have done while using NordLocker. All this information can be deleted upon account removal. For more information, please check NordLocker's terms of service and privacy policy.
