If you cannot log in to your NordLocker app using Nord Account, follow these steps:
- Close all Nord Account tabs and try logging in again using the NordLocker app.
- Ensure you are entering the correct email address and password.
- Temporarily pause other security software or ad-blockers.
- Close the NordLocker application completely and relaunch it.
- Update your NordLocker application to the latest version.
- Change your Nord Account password.
