Unable to log in to NordLocker

Problem

You can't log in to the NordLocker application.

 

Common Symptoms

  • You no longer remember your Cloud password, but have saved the Recovery Key
  • Nord Account shows “Error: 429 Too Many Requests” or “Something went wrong.”
  • You have forgotten your Recovery Key, but you have access to the Cloud Password.
