I have purchased NordLocker but my account still did not upgrade

There is a small chance that your payment was wrongly flagged suspicious of fraud. If that's the case, your payment will be reverted back to your credit card. To complete the purchase, you would need to get in touch with our support and provide proof of non-fraud.

Please note that:

  • Payments via credit card may take up to 40 minutes to be verified;
  • Payments via CoinPayments may take up to 24 hours to be verified.

If you are not provided with the premium features, even though your payment was processed, please try to simply re-login to your account via the NordLocker application using your account credentials.

However, if a simple re-login does not solve the issue, you can try to click the hyperlink in the top right corner of your NordLocker application as shown in the picture once you are logged in to your account:


And then click I've already upgraded.
