How to take a screenshot?

During troubleshooting with our Customer Support team, you may be asked to send a screenshot of, for example, an error message on your device to help diagnose the issue.

If you're contacting our Customer Support via e-mail (support@nordlocker.com), you can attach the screenshot file as an attachment in the letter, as you would with any other file.
