Deleting account

If you decide to delete your account, you will lose all of the information that you have stored inside the NordLocker.

In order to delete your NordLocker account, please contact our support team via support@nordlocker.com.

Please note, that for the removal of your account, we will need to verify your identity and you may need to send us several letters for confirmation.

Also, since all of the Nord products' databases are connected, if we were to delete your NordLocker account, we would have to delete your NordVPN or NordPass accounts as well.
