How to contact NordLocker Customer Success team

When facing issues or seeking answers not found in our help center, you can contact our customer success agents. This dedicated NordLocker support team is prepared to assist with technical challenges, general questions, and service guidance, always striving to provide efficient and effective help.

 

If you wish to contact the customer success team, follow these steps:

  1. Go to NordLocker's help center and select the submit a request on the upper-right side:

  2. Select the contact customer support option in the issue box:

  3. Next, input your email address in the email address box:

  4. Afterward, describe your inquiry with as many details as possible in the subject and description boxes:

  5. To provide more details about your inquiry, you can attach a file. Click the add files or drop files here button to browse and select your file, or simply drag and drop the file onto that same button.

  6. After filling in the request, press the submit button:

After completing the required steps, you have successfully submitted your request. Our support team will review the details and contact you shortly.
