How to change email address on your NordLocker Account

Introduction

This guide will explain how to change your NordLocker account's email address. 

 

Here's what to do

  1. Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. Click on the "Manage account" button, located on the right side.
  3. Next, click on the "Change email" button, located under the "Account details" section.
  4. Check your current email inbox for the verification code, and enter it into the prompt on the Nord Account page.

    NOTE: If you do not receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder.
     
  5. Enter your new desired email address for the account, and click on the "Send verification link" button.
  6. Open the inbox of your desired email address, locate the confirmation message, and click on the "Confirm email" button.
  7. Double-check if everything is correct and click "Yes, change email" on the confirmation page.
  8. After completing these steps, your NordPass email address will be succesfully updated.
