Application logs on Windows OS

If you have any issues accessing your NordLocker account, or get any error while encrypting/decrypting files and folders, you can send application logs to our Customer Success team to further investigate the issue at hand. Here are instructions below on how to do it:

  1. Press Win Key + R;
  2. Write down appdata into the field, click OK and open Local folder;
  3. Locate and open the NordLocker folder.

You will find the logs folder, send all of the files to the support team describing the issue you are having.
