I have purchased NordLocker but my account still didn't upgrade

Please note that:

  • Payments via credit card may take up to 40 minutes to be verified;
  • Payments via CoinPayments may take up to 24 hours to be verified.

There is a small chance that your payment was wrongly flagged suspicious of fraud. If that's the case, your payment will be reverted back to your credit card. To complete the purchase, you would need to get in touch with our support and provide proof of non-fraud.

Furthermore, if a simple re-log in does not solve the issue, you can click the hyperlink in the top right corner of your NordLocker application as shown in the picture:

And then press I've already upgraded.
