If you decide within the first 30 days that NordLocker isn't the right fit for you, contact our customer support team to request a refund. They will guide you through the necessary steps. Many common problems can be quickly resolved, ensuring you get the most out of NordLocker.
What are the exceptions to the money-back policy
Please be aware of the following exceptions to our money-back policy:
- Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial purchase of NordLocker Service.
- We do not grant refunds for recurring subscription payments if you cancel the Services after the renewal date, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- If you purchased your NordLocker subscription through the iTunes/App Store, your refund will be subject to iTunes/App Store refund policies. Unfortunately, we cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through these platforms. You will need to contact store support directly to request a refund.
- Payments made using prepaid cards or gift cards are non-refundable.
- For payments made using cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued in the same cryptocurrency for the equivalent amount in US Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
