Why didn't my NordLocker subscription upgrade post-payment?

Users who upgrade their NordLocker plan for additional features sometimes find that the subscription has not been upgraded. There is a slight chance that your payment was wrongly flagged as suspicious of fraud. If this happens, we will refund the payment to your credit card. To complete the purchase, you must contact our support and provide proof of non-fraud.

Most of the transactions will happen almost instantly. However, keep in mind that: 

  • Payments via credit card/debit card may take up to 60 minutes to be verified.
  • Payments via CoinGate may take up to 24 hours to be verified.
  • Payments via PayPal may take up to 60 minutes to be verified.
  • Payments via Sofort may take up to 60 minutes to be verified.
  • Payments via Google Pay may take up to 60 minutes to be verified.

 

Troubleshooting steps

If you are not provided with the premium features, even though your payment was processed, please try to re-login to your account via the NordLocker application by following these steps:

  1. Select the profile button located on the upper-left side of the NordLocker web application:

  2. Next, press the passwords & help button:

  3. Afterwards, press the log out button in the active sessions section:

  4. Lastly, log in to your NordLocker web application and check if the issue continues.
