How to get NordLocker application logs?

If you are having issues accessing your NordLocker account, or if you are getting any error messages when encrypting or decrypting your files and folders, you can send your NordLocker application logs to our Customer Success team.

Follow along to one of the guides applicable to your device, on the right:

 

Web Access

To get your application logs via NordLocker Web Access, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to NordLocker Web Access.
  2. Click the account icon at the top:



  3. Open settings:



  4. Click download logs:

After following the steps, your logs will begin downloading.

 

iOS

To download your application logs using your iOS NordLocker application, follow the guide below:

  1. Open your NordLocker application.
  2. Tap on your profile:



  3. Select download logs:



  4. Tap save to files:

After completing the steps, your logs will begin downloading.

 

Android

If you would like to download your logs from your Android NordLocker application, follow these steps:

  1. Open your NordLocker app.
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top left:



  3. Tap settings:



  4. Scroll down and tap download logs:

After completing the steps, your logs will begin downloading.

 

Windows

To find your NordLocker application logs on your Windows device, follow along below:

  1. Open the NordLocker application, and click profile.



  2. Head to settings.



  3. Click activity logs.


  4. This will open a new folder with the logs inside.

Note: You may already have multiple log files. Make sure to send the latest logs to our Customer Success team.
