Introduction
If you are having issues accessing your NordLocker account or if you are getting any error messages when encrypting or decrypting your files and folders, you can send your NordLocker application logs to our Customer Success team.
This guide will explain how to get NordLocker Windows application logs.
Here's what to do
- Open the NordLocker application, log in to your NordAccount, and unlock the application.
- Next, click on the "Profile" button located at the bottom-right corner of the systray app.
- Select the "Settings" option, and click on the "Activity logs" button.
- Afterward, a folder with the logs inside will open.
- Select the latest logs files.
- To send your latest logs, get in touch with the Customer Success team by following our guide.
Note: If you have multiple log files, be sure to send the most recent ones to our Customer Success team.
