Cloud password is used for accessing your files, which you set up when creating your NordLocker account.
How to change your Cloud password if you have forgotten it
- Visit the NordLocker sign-in page, and click reset it.
- Enter the recovery key which you get when your create your account, and click continue.
- Enter a new password for your cloud, and press create.
How to update your Cloud password
- Visit the NordLocker sign-in page, enter your password, and press unlock.
- Go to your profile and select passwords & help.
- Click change.
- Enter the recovery key which you get when your create your account, and click continue.
- Enter a new password for your cloud, and press create.
