How to download files from Cloud

You can download decrypted files from NordLocker to your device by following the steps below:

• Web Access (for browsers)
• Windows application

Web Access (for browsers)

1. Log in to NordLocker Web Access. 
   
2. Open a folder and select files that you want to download. Click Download button. 
   
3. Selected files will download automatically. 

Windows

1. Open NordLocker Windows application and log in to your account. 
   
2. Open a folder and select files that you want to download. Right-click and select Export decrypted:
   
   Export a copy: this option will download decrypted files to your device and also keep these files in NordLocker.
   Export original: this option will download decrypted files to your device and remove them from NordLocker.
